In this video, three of our authors: Prof. Yasutomo Ota, Prof. Satoshi Iwamoto, and Prof. Yasuhiko Arakawa tell us about their study recently published in Communications Physics, Topological photonic crystal nanocavity laser. In their interview with us they tell us why they chose the journal and how a technology originally used for phonons has been implemented for new developments in photonic crystals. In the video they also showcase some of the laboratory equipment used for their experiment, something that is generally not presented in a written article. Watch the video to meet the authors and learn more about their research. The video is in Japanese with English subtitles
