In the past three decades, various optical spectroscopic techniques have been demonstrated to identify the chiral indices (n, m) of carbon nanotubes unequivocally even at the single-tube level. However, the accurate characterization of the handedness via optical spectroscopy has been unrealizable for single nanotubes. Here, we developed the Rayleigh scattering circular dichroism to fulfil the dream of complete structure identification of both chiral indices and handedness for single nanotubes.
Here we report a new polyacrylate dielectric elastomer with optimized crosslinking network by rationally employing the difunctional macromolecular crosslinking agent, which possesses desirable modulus (~0.073 MPa), high toughness (elongation ~2400%), and rapid response (bandwidth above 100 Hz).
We reveal that ambient water plays an essential role in surface hydroxylation, epitaxial QDs fusion, and trap behavior in QD photovoltaics. By manipulating the deposition techniques and film morphology, the side effect of ambient water on CQD solar cells can be effectively suppressed.
